Marksmans wager and Savage shot

I've looked everywhere for these two skills, does anyone know where you can learn them?

I have been looking for Marksmans wager for a while and can't seem to find it either.

you can capture Marksmans wager from the boss-mob in the 'Elona Reach' mission.

Savage Shot can be earned from the quest "Blood and Smoke" obtained at Ventari's Refuge (well actually a guy stood just outside called Deep Root) - you have to do one of his quests before he will give you Blood and Smoke though.
