Really? But razorstones only have a furious and +1 to axe mastery mod.. you can't even change those. I'm surprised this sephis is worth much less. Well I'm happy with it anyways ^^.

I don't know about you, but to me having a Green weapon makes me feel cheap. :s
(alhtough I don't actually have one =p)
I'd rather have gold (and have to work for it).

all in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the devaluation of the sephis. I'm surprised that a weapon that people buy to collect would be devalued in such a manner, and the same people would use the excuse of a static green item to devalue the sephis.
Either way it is worth a lot more to me, and I would not really be tempted to let go of it unless I was offered a pre-update price.

wow...i wish i had one like that... i agree that greens are making things easier for the others to get good items,but golds are still the main thing...at one point or another,since greens are a constant drop,maybe not always,but you would know its there if you look hard enough..but for golds its all about chance and if a gold does drop with that mods and especially that skin,you are really lucky.

I wouldn't sell that axe given the flood of greens causing the current rares-price-drop. Once the market stabilizes a bit, then you should see that axe returning to its near-original value.
EDIT: I haven't seen Razorstone yet, but if it doesn't have a sephis-axe graphic model, then your sephis axe will rise in value again over time. If it's the same, then don't hold your breath on this...

People valued my sephis at 300-400k, which I thought was totally wrong. And as we've seen from bids on this forum as well as LA (if you trade at all..) that the Sephis Axe is obviously not worth what you guys valued it at.
Can I get a re-PC? It's been outfitted with 10/10 Sunder and +30 HP as well. I'd like an accurate PC this time. =)

that was a looong time ago...keep that in mind. 3 weeks in GW time is along time...items have depreciated badly.

I'll be honest - I've been hanging around at LA and I've seen axes a bit worse than mine going for 600-800k.
I hate to say this but when people ask for a price check they want a fair degree of accuracy..and at least in regards to sephis axes, you guys must be insane =P

Quit whining when the thing you want to get a PC on doesn't garner the attention it deserves. You said you don't want to sell anyway and if that's ture then all that is at stake here is the size of your e-peen. Go get a PC in LA Dist 1 if they're selling well there. It'll be an ego booster.

Perhaps you could be a little more polite of your criticisms..? I'm sorry - all I wanted was what seemed to me an accurate PC, based upon the prices I've seen of my axe. I don't intend to sell, I would just like an idea of it's value that doesnt seem to be disputed left and right from differing evidence.

Honestly dude, that axe is worth about 500-750k. Its possible that you might find someone to pay more, but it would take a LOT of effort.
Also if you're using LA as your measuring stick, just keep in mind that is easy for someone to spam "WTS Godly Fire Wand (req3) 5-10 dmg +16% recharge with Smiting c/o 650k"

its hard to keep base only on LA prices cause its either they price too much or they dont know whats happening to the economy. all i could say is yes ur axe is worth a lot and just keep it if thats what you plan to do.

Alright! Thanks a lot for everyone's input. The reason why I keep asking about my axe is because usually I see a *very* strong correlation between everyone's price checks and the prices I see going around LA (and other places). So, for the most part, I really do trust the price checks I see going around here.
But the one thing that puzzled me to no end was the disparity I saw between the pricing of the sephis on this forum and the prices I saw on while hanging around various trading districts! Hopefully you can understand how the confusion I felt in this regard ^^. This is why I keep inquiring - I will leave this matter alone now, since some unfriendly people seem to be intent on hijacking this thread and twisting my intent into something less friendly.
