Hi, can anyone please tell me what that Shield would be worth ?

Armor 16 (req. 9 Str)
Health +38 (while Enchanted)
Recieved Damage -3 (while Hexed)

tough to price shields like this - some people may pay alot, other none. it does at alot of health, and have a low requirement, but -3 while hexed is kind of blah
