Has this boss Hop Flaminator (in talmark wilderness) been removed or something? You capture mark of rodgort from it
I cleared Talmark Wilderness twice and still don't see any sign of him.. anyone can tell me whether it still exists?

mark of rodgort isn't an elite. just get to droknar and you'll get it.

If I remember correctly Talmark Wilderness is WAYYYYYY, before Droknars Forge. Boss signet captures are a great way to get these later skills while still in areas where these skills aren't available yet from trainers. I capped protective bond off the monk boss in Kryta, for example, back when prot bond was still viable.
Alot of the boss spawns are random, so what u need to do is locate the boss spawn locations in Talmark, and then just keep rezoning until the boss u need spawns. A good example of this tactic is Perdition Rock, I spent four hours with groups scrubbing the whole map and never getting the elite i needed. Finally I just grabbed hench and just ran out the door over and over and then running to the first boss spawn spot and checking to see if the boss I wanted was there. If not, I just rezoned and got my elite after 8 trys, so be persistent.
Problem with this tactic is that there isn't a certainty that a boss will spawn in a certain location, so you might have to check all the boss locations before finally locating him/her/it.
