whos level 14+

I just hit level 14 about an hour or so ago and im off to work and im wondering how much more i can explore once i hit 20 because right now im halfway across the top of the map and im like theres all this land but is all of that exploreable or is it just there for looks?

but the main reason is i just wanna see how many people are level 14 + in this game already

There's still a lot of area you can explore, since a lot of the quests and missions are designed for level 20 characters.
