I think the third would probably sell to someone with not a lot of $ to spend on weapons. Sell it in Ascalon City to a low level ele.

1. dont expect to get 70k, prices dropping fast and it looks like a gladius
which means you can craft the same sword at forge for 5k and some materials and then slap on the mods yourself thus getting you exactly an indentical sword just not gold for like 15k counting the price of the mods
2. 5-10k, while enchanted = meh and 13% quite low and its a falchion
3. salvage.. +4 eng = 5-8k, +26 HP = 4-5k
