Yeah, just use your 60 energy then switch back to your normal icon.

I doubt it would be done but i always agree with any new items anyway

60 energy and -4 regen? Why do you need 90 energy with no regen? Even as an elementalist 90 energy is a lot to go through. Why does a necro, who can suffice on what little they get, need to have 60 more energy?
