What other kinds of strange and unusual items exist? I know about the dmg mod always items with no drawbacks, but there are probably more. I also know about the pre patch sup vigor that gives +80 health and looks like a minor rune.

Alright, just wondering: are you taking any item trades? Can you give a more detailed description of the item name when you use the wrapping? Does it just add of and make the suffix blank?

It depends on the item and I am unsure if it still changes the suffix of staves still as when I did it was during the first 4 days of release so its hard to tell what it does now ^^. Maybe it adds a *Under Construction* image as the suffix hohohoho..

I heard from one of the alpha testers that Anet removed many of them because they werent supposed to excist (dunno if this is true). However I have not seen one or heard of anyone having one since release week.

Sword pommels of swiftness didn't make it into release

*sniff*

Also another stuff like Shadow Blades, +x% damage always weapons and lately - denravi sword (and other great denravi stuff)

During betas there were plenty of stuff that was removed from game anyway...

I remember we used to get alot of those in BWE...

I still get items that is purple but have absolutely no specialty aside being more pricy when sold to NPC... then again, that was when S'sF not out yet.

I got around 4 of these during the arid sea days, they dropped from staffs with no suffix, for example "Insightful Dead Staff"

I like my extinct loot to do something so I just dumped them. Speaking of which, anyone have a 10 armor bow they wanna sell?

What about this.....

My friend found an axe grip that increases the duration of bleeding.
What the hell is that about? I didn't think there were any axe skills in the game that caused bleeding. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can inflict it from desperation blow. It is in Tactics but still can be inflicted using an axe.

They're real and from the days when I ran to Riverside just for the chance to get weird stuff. Never seen either the Gorget of Sternum drop ANYWHERE in the game.

I was doing a guild run in Sorrow's Furnace, doing the Killroy misson. The second chest during the mission dropped a Jade Gorget for a mate. So those are found in Sorrow's Furnace as well, just not that common.

omg i have a white staff wrapping too, it was so idiotic that i could bear to part with it, but now that i know people actually want oddball items like that, it wil be in my next auction on here, i also got a jade gorget the other day, had a rune on it too
