we all know that there are certain types of penlaties on ALWAYS permanant damage mods or jst basic damage mods.
so what is the best type and what cld be the big factor of it being differnt.
in my case,im battling between 15%>50 or 15% -10ar.
stuff like that.anyone can enlighten me?

I personally love the +15% always -5 energy characteristic. I found that, if you use gladiator's armor, the energy penalty really doesn't impact your gameplay a whole lot. I like this best for PvE and it's still pretty good for PvP as well.
The 15%>50% health mod is best suited for PvP play or if you always play PvE with very reliable monks.
The absolute WORST mod is the +15% always -1 energy regeneration - as a warrior, you already start with only 2 pips of energy regeneration. This makes maintaining ANY sort of permanent enchantment impossible, unless you want to abandon your energy skills all together.

ok now to answwer YOUR question, get wahtever suits you, heres how it goes:
15>50%, very good, VERY flexible. the mod is almost always working, as warriors dont get attacked often, and when your health is below 50% either A) you die in a few seconds or B) you get healed from a nice WoH. get this so you can PvE, or PvP with the same weapon
15% always, -10 armor. IMO second only to 15>50. it is always working, but as i said, the 15>50 is basicly constantly working. -10 armor to a warrior is nothing as they dont get attacked much, and that comes from someone who uses a blood idol instead of a shield.
heres how it goes:
15>50: almost always working, great for PvP and PvE
15, -10 armor: always working, great because in PvP warriros dont get attacked
15, - 1 hp: very good, but if your not getting attacked its a waste of your monks energy. the monk has to worry about whos getting attacked, and periodically healing you up, which can take away from more important things
15, -1 energy regen: crap, blah, ew, gross
15, -5 energy: GREAT for adrenaline warriros, TERRIBLE for energy depentdant warriros, such as my warrior/blood necro with 39 energy that runes out alot
