now parties of more than one have a decent chance to get storm bows, fellblades, chaos axes and the likes.... how awful - I like the keys a lot, nice gold sink

I dont know what to make of your post. It seems so far fetched like your mimicing the day to day crap I see from people who only utilize one small aspect of the game.
My thoughts are its not ruined ... those perfect green items = very few are actually useful, like 3 maybe ...

anyways if your words are ligit, and you mean what your saying to me it sounds like you are looking for a farming game ... and no more ... its sad that guildwars offers so much more than that ... but there are a number of other great titles if you truly only want a game where you can be a drone and just farm.

Your items will not drop too dramatically ... if they were disporportionally marked at the beginning ... you should have held out your cash. Your items will still be valuable ... but alittle more realistic. Perfect upgrades still go for expensive values, its only the almost but no quite perfect club that will be effected. Just my thoughts.

I think I've just managed to string your sentences together.

It's an old story. The minority who are, or at least were, rich don't like the fact that it's going to be more difficult to stay that way. The fact is the majority seem to like the update, as the majority are not rich but still (quite rightly IMO) want nice 'stuff'. If trading was your thing, you can still do it but with smaller transactions.

No millionaires - great. Greenies - great. Anet - a bunch of top dudes.

on this particular point the original poster my be correct. Chaos Axes already dropped constantly from Fissure skeles long before the patch. so buying keys to get them would indeed be a huge ripoff, if that is what happens with Fissure keys (i've heard that it is from other people too)

of course for the rest of the original post, it's completely out to lunch

I got some really nice items with the keys so I'm all for them, sure they cost 1.5k but I'm yet to be let down by them, golden fellblade, golden shadow bow.. golden shadow staff - bit easier than relying on drops - sure it comes for a cost but 1,500 isn't exactly hard to come by
