fow and uw now have keys so you can get chaos axes n fellblades.

farming nerfed

stupid perfect green items

WE are done

this game went from enjoyable to junk

this just sucks

i hate this

once loved this game

but now i hate it

i may just bash the cd into nothing

this sickens me

wasted 50 bucks on a junk game

it sucks now

just watch

they will get keys so you can find it all and the games money will be dead

How will there be 'major losses in plat' exactly, and of course, who cares ... what good does being a millionairre actually achieve.

Also, why would there being less money matter ... when everything becomes cheaper.

I dont know what to make of your post. It seems so far fetched like your mimicing the day to day crap I see from people who only utilize one small aspect of the game.
My thoughts are its not ruined ... those perfect green items = very few are actually useful, like 3 maybe ...

anyways if your words are ligit, and you mean what your saying to me it sounds like you are looking for a farming game ... and no more ... its sad that guildwars offers so much more than that ... but there are a number of other great titles if you truly only want a game where you can be a drone and just farm.

Your items will not drop too dramatically ... if they were disporportionally marked at the beginning ... you should have held out your cash. Your items will still be valuable ... but alittle more realistic. Perfect upgrades still go for expensive values, its only the almost but no quite perfect club that will be effected. Just my thoughts.

I think I've just managed to string your sentences together.

It's an old story. The minority who are, or at least were, rich don't like the fact that it's going to be more difficult to stay that way. The fact is the majority seem to like the update, as the majority are not rich but still (quite rightly IMO) want nice 'stuff'. If trading was your thing, you can still do it but with smaller transactions.

No millionaires - great. Greenies - great. Anet - a bunch of top dudes.

Power to the people.

on this particular point the original poster my be correct. Chaos Axes already dropped constantly from Fissure skeles long before the patch. so buying keys to get them would indeed be a huge ripoff, if that is what happens with Fissure keys (i've heard that it is from other people too)

of course for the rest of the original post, it's completely out to lunch

I got some really nice items with the keys so I'm all for them, sure they cost 1.5k but I'm yet to be let down by them, golden fellblade, golden shadow bow.. golden shadow staff - bit easier than relying on drops - sure it comes for a cost but 1,500 isn't exactly hard to come by

Now if you'd said that at the beginning, you wouldn't make such a tit of yourself, but you still sound like an idiot. You're sore because Anet have restored the focus of the game to doing quests, exploring and facing challenges, rather than trying to play the economy or sell items at 100k+

Take a deep breath, count to 10, and think about it for a second. If all you played the game for was to become rich, you should go play "Railroad Tycoon" instead.

Now play the game as it's meant to be played, or shut up and leave, and don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

If you don't like a game, just go play another one ... stop wasting forum space.

I LOVE the update. Almost everything it added made game better - maybe except making material prices ridiculously low (to sell materials used to be a good way to make money, and my low level guildies will be missing out on it now), and making skills pretty expensive (does not concern me anymore but new players are quite concerned about having to pay 1 plat for each skill).

The 2 last points are completely outweighted by the other changes that are nothing but great though - getting rid of refund point system (I actually played water ele in PvE, finally!!), making nice items easier to get for everyone, not just farmers (Im a farmer myself but definitely didn't feel that farming should be the only way to get nice stuff - apparently the OP doesn't share this view

), and opening an area with awesome graphics and funny quests.

i actually like the update

because now you dont see

lions arch completely full with

people like yourself, no doubt trying

to sell every single item in your inventory

without even thinking that you could

use them for your character or be nice

and give them to a newbie to brighten their day

because they got a max damage weapon for free

instead of you trying to completely rip them off

or maybe, you forgot that the point of the game

is not to have the most gold in the game

but if you believe that, please do us all a favour

and "bash your cd into nothing", for it will be one less

moron in LA dis 1 spamming their worthless items.
