Two- handed version of swords and axes as well as one handed hammers.

Skill set for a magic user class for making golems basically adding a second pet skills listing (balance by only allowing a pet or a golem not both) instead of leveling the gloem through combat you could build better versions with more rare raw materials and your attribute is high enough.

The level cap and skill limit is brilliant and please do not mess with either.

Greater visual and I stress the visual part just adding a couple of diferent designs for each existing type would add enormous variety for armor and weapons - even just allowing dyes to really dye some would be nice.

The ablityto add guidemates to a party regardless of which district each palyer is in (restrict it to towns and outposts so folks couldn't be yanked from their instances)

The only way I can get around actually hitting it is to cast a signet, target, then hit space while my signet's casting, then immediately move as soon as the wind-up is over and the casting has happened so I don't fire. That's silly. I should be able to tell Bobo the Bear to run his tubby ass to eat someone while daddy's healing everyone.

Mo/R players especially have complained about this, but I haven't heard them say anything beyond "I'm busy healing." I'm busy too; I can always find time to direct my pet. My concern is that I'll have at least one ability (two if you count Amity since I'd have to hit my opponent before my pet gets there to tank it) that could be crippled by the way I have to order my pet around.

So yeah, if any devopers read this I'd really like to see a little more in the way of pet command interface...if only for the sake of Peace and Harmony. *ducks*

Umm their are several hotkeys that target without you having to actually "attack" the one I use most is "C" which targets the closest enemy.

I like this, but take it one step further, attach it to the Elementalists, and the kinds of golem are 4 fold to match the 4 magic abilities. Then a golem is an elemental pet, with obvious strengths (e.g. a fire golem immune to fire) and weaknesses (same fire golem takes greater damage from water). This would also inspire Elementalists to invest in more that one kind of magic, since they might want more than one kind of golem, and the strength of the golem would depend on the rank of the attribute. (e.g. a lower "level" golem has a lower immunity to it's element type, and a greater weakness to the element it is opposite of.)

This would make good "pets", but ones balanced enough so as not to competly depend on them.

You could even do both have a extra couple skills per elemental type to summon elementals and then and entire new set for contructs that would be more golem like. My line of thinking was like wood golems stone golems iron golems etc.

Great idea for golems, but i think only Earth Elementalists should get them. Don't make it too common or trivial to get. There was also a suggestion earlier about the guild listings. In this case only, I believe AreaNet should get some ideas from WoW: Include classes and level for each guild member, and location!

How about this suggestion, elemental pets for elementalists, but only one elemental skill per bar (i.e. only one at a time.) this requires the elementalist consider what pirmary element they have in comparison to where they plan to go, and also possibly if they should take the pet along at all; if you are an Elementalist with most of your points in fire, and you have a fire elemental as a pet, you might not be so bright to head into a volcanic/fire type area. Note, this is a for instance, I have no idea if as of yet they have a volcanic area.

Main thing i want right now is an Auction House or a merchant or something
one idea i had for the acution has was this, you want to sell a mesmer rune or whatever, instead of bidding you just put what you want for it, so lets say you put it up for 500g, every hour that its there and someone doesnt buy it the merchant/AH takes 1%, 1% of 500 is 5, so for every hour the rune stays up you lose 5g of the profti, this should only happen if the item sells, if i doesnt sell you dont less anything, you should be able to set a amount of hours you want it to be up for. The trade channel in Lions Arch is horrible to try and buy from just tons of spam and messages flying threw the window.

More or updated armor, warriors start with ring mail and im lvl 15 and can still buy more ringmail, yes the stats are better and its still good armor but it still looks the same, atleats have armors looks change not just the stats.

i think Name lvl class and secondary class in the guild tab is a must

i think a guild bank or a guild fund type thing would also be great, say you buy your guild hall and people want to donate items or money to give to new players, the guild leader or officers has to take it lose room in there inventory and rember what is for new people, have the bank so only officers can get into and maybe set a limit of things they can take out with out guild leaders permisson

just my 2 cents
constructive criticsm welcome

You are correct saying that "C" can target the closest enemy. But I believe what Phaedrus is trying to say is this: Pets only attack when you attack as well. Selecting the target or just hitting "C" does not make your pet to attack first. Only when you actually initiate your attack, then your pet will attack the target as well. I also find out this works the same for henchmen as well.

If I only cast spells at a distance(certain spells), the henchmen wont even go forward to attack, until I actually use "spacebar" or mouse left click to attack. There should be a key to order the attacking of that target.

So far I found a 'limited' way around to give orders to pets. You "attack" the target, but quickly cancelling your own actions, still somehow allowing the pet to charge forward and attack the enemy, requires a bit of practice. This is beause at times, I cancel my own attack too fast and the pet does not attack as well.
The second part is making my pet retreat. My method is to stop attacking any/all enemies. Then cast "Comfort Animal" (You heal your animal companion for 20-87 points. If your animal companion is dead, it is resurrected with 10-48% health, and all your skills are disabled for 8 seconds.)
Your pet will somehow stop attacking and run back/towards you ignoring the target it was previously attacking. This is useful when you and your pet is dying and planning a retreat.

I believe what we need is Player Profiles, like on Battle Net Chat. you know while you are in towns and outposts people can click on your character and see your profile where you can type a little about yourself, like the current Division and Rank you hold in your guild.
And what other character combinations you currently have made so peeps can ask you about them and stuff.... Lol the Profile window can just be free type area like the guild announcement area when you type whats up with your guild..... Just only visable when you click on your character.

Well thats my 2 cents worth.

Single most gratifying thing in this game, going into a 6 team Burial Mounds game and having 2 of those teams saying "Oh s--- not you again."

Firstly, Kalnaur, although generally a pet can be used as cannon fodder, they also gain levels as well (dunno how exactly it affects them, but it must do something!).

What I would like to see more than anything is more co-operation required in missions. I have just got to post-searing Ascalon so admittedly I haven't played a lot (and maybe my suggestion is already implemented).

Typical scenario:

It would be great to travel through areas where your team gets seperated into two, along different paths (within the same area tho). One team comes across a room full of strange symbols and an abyss barring the way, the other across a locked door with a 'clue'. One team has to solve the clue, pass the info over, and the other team unlocks the door using the info. That team passes through the door and pulls a lever that lowers a bridge over the abyss for the other trapped team etc...

Also the ability to jump/swim etc..would be cool, along with different modes of transport (I know it was mentioned earlier), and the ability to dual-wield etc..

thats true, i would like missions like that, i also would like it easer to comunicate with your team members while you have six drakes pounding on you, and your dead team mates keep pinninging your position
