Choosing a Video Card

My computer doesn't have a good enough video card to run this game so I'm going to buy a new one. Probably the most I'm going to spend on one is $100. I found an Nvidia GeForce 5500 with 256MB or something like that for only $74. So does anybody have any suggestions on what I should get?

what do you have right now and what are your other comp specs, agp or pci-e?
