you need cap the screen using stamp key,

upload on web space like www.imageshack.us

then use the link www.imageshack.us give you (they have some preformated text)

or click the image button on post screen and insert image url

how could a WEBSITE have spyware? By definition spyware is softWARE. i havent seen any malicious activeX/javascript code in imageshack pages either.
