i got 2 perfect shields from Grenth's Footprint chests(they both had +45 health while enchanted)

Superior Absorp, Superior Vigor, Rare gold Shocking Gladius of Defense with +15% over 50% and +6 armor (didnt sell it), Gold Storm Bow with decent bonus', Blue Storm Bow with meh bonus, Gold Half Moon of Tenguslaying (yes...its amazing).
Lot of decent to good purple's but nothing mind boggling, a lot of odd or worthless golds, quite a few major runes which were more valuable to sell in the armor then to salvage. 454 gold for a Major Rune of Water Magic IN the armor, 25 gold if you salvage it.
The above was for Grenths, SF, UW and FoW ofcourse, in other areas I've yet to find any item worth the expense of keys.
On the other hand, one Sup Absorp alone buys an awful lot of keys

Ummm, ive gotten a 13%>50 max dmg fell and a 13% enchant max dmg fell, a +5 def and energy mesmer staff (trust me that +5 is much more useful in pvp than 30 hp), and lots of band focus items.
