How do you?

Hello, I'm new to these fourms, and the game. Just bought it two days ago, Anyhooters. I have a question...

1) Is it At all possiable to get rid of the henchmen that you start out with?
The ones that come with you from the Ascalon Acadamy?

I ask this because, one, They take alot of my XP away from me. Two, They also take away the gold I pick up, what a NPC would do with gold is anyones question but I wanna know if its at all possiable to get rid of these horrid henchmen.

You can get rid of henchmen in towns by leaving the group or selecting them in the party window and using the button to kick/remove them from the group.

To dismiss a henchmen from your group you need to be the group leader and be in a town. Or you could just open your map and click on a town and it will automatically disband the group.

Yeah I know that, but these are the henchmen that came with me from the Acadmany, and they wont go away, its annoying....

You mean that they came with you from the PvP part of the Academy to the PvE part of the Academy? As soon as you kill all the grawl and the one charr you'll get rid of them.
