Why is the hotkey list thread closed?

Its a nice thread and a good place to ask questions about hotkeys. And its not complete! e.g. there's a command /afk that makes a chr. sit and go into afk mode. And I'm wondering if theres a command to follow someone. All things for that tread. So why is it closed??
