I have a req. round shield with max AL and -2damage while enchanted and -2 while in stance. I was under the impression this is a pretty rare mod? could I get a PC?

Shield graphic also matters... my -2 stance / -3 hexed, req 9-tactics tall shield sold for close to 500k...
