Here is a idea i had:
A added section for the skill trainer has fighting styles listed for your primary profession, like for the monk there would be a style that improves your healing, but makes you do less damage in combat.

For the warrior there could be a berserker style that makes you attack 30% faster, but takes 50% more damage from attacks. And once you buy a style you unlock it like you do for skills.

This could make more PvP tacics such as a team with 6 berserker warriors, and 2 of the healing style monks.

And maybe you could make your own styles for 1k each so you could truely personalize your character.
