Glimmering Mark Bugged?

Is there a reason that Glimmering mark will not trigger with a shot from a shocking bowstring with conjure lightning applied to it? I am doing heaps of lightning damage and yet no blindness occurs.

Is this a bug? I couldnt find any reference to it searching the forums.

Are you using kindle arrows by chance?

Yes (using kindle), stacked with the lightning damage from conjure. But kindle is a prep and glimmering mark is a hex... Surely not?

The dmg from kindle is fire, isn't it.

Yes, but I am just using that to add fire damage to an already damaging lightning combo (shocking string + conjure lightning). The end result should be lightning damage from my arrow + lightning damage from conjure + fire damage from my prep + blindness from glimmering mark since i am doing lightning damage. In fact most of the damage am dealing is lightning.

All of these skill should stack

Kindle Arrow - preparation
Glimmering Mark - hex
Conjure Lightning - enchantment
and I'm also using tigers fury as my stance.

I dont even think Glimmering triggers blindness with just the shocking string and conjure lightning which is clearly bugged. Opinions?

IIRC, Kindle is bugged and makes you do fire damage.

So Kindle changes any damage you are doing into fire damage instead of just adding fire damage?

Are you sure your bow is "lightning damage"?? Maybe I am wrong but I always tought kindle only added fire damage and not change all ur dam to fire.

Many people have said that using Kindle allows you to use Conjure Fire without a fiery bow string, that would point towards it changing your damage type to fire.

Oh well then I was wrong... And thats a nother missleading skill descrition to add to the list
