Is this the staff or the rod? You are calling it a staff and it has staff mods, but then you state it's one-handed. If it is the wand (20% FC Healing, 10% Recharge all), I will give you 25k for it.

It is a staff, which would make it two handed.
It also has energy +10 and quick recovery from bleeding.
