Got this from a chest! I'd love to salvage that +5 energy from it, but that is soo risky....

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mabye you havent noticed... but theres a trader that has a perfect 20/20 skill recharge/casting speed mod on it... so, i'd salvage the +5 mod out... wouldnt be too devistated if i got the other one.
