I have a Choas axe with 15% while enchanted and i want to put perfect mods on it. What i wanted to ask was, what would be the best mods to put on it?

one sold with 10/10 sunder and 20% enchantment grip, req 12, for 650k. 10/10 sunder and 30 fort are most valuable. I would try to sell without any mods, but if you can get enough more than is offered put on mods after a while
