The very low requirement on the sword suggests to me that the mods will be useless. The chances of having a +15% damage bonus on it is very very slight at such a low requirement and I therefore I cannot see anyone paying a huge amount for it, unless you find one of the gambling types. Someone may pay you 30-40k for it in the hopes of it having some decent mods but I wouldnt expect any more than this. If I were in your position, I would ID it, but then again, this is a gamble for you.
