i found a golden storm artifact that i would like to sell

the stats are:

Storm Artifact

Energy +12 (req. 9 Air Magic)
Armor +7 (while Health is below 50%)

how much can i get for it?

Most likely whatever a vendor will pay you for it. There are so many good off-hands that can be found from collectors, it is highly unlikely that anyone would be particularly interested in this item.
