Dont have preorder item

I had it when the game launched, never did anything to it, and suddenly it was gone from all my characters. When i checked my preorder keys it says its already plugged in, and i still dont have my item. Plz help out.

An in-game command to retrieve your preorder item is being worked on, according to the reply i got from support. they said 24 hours, and its well past that, so i hope they weren't lying.
