PLZ help, Getting Kicked

ok, so heres the situation
my router thing broke right b4 release
went out and bought new one hooked it up
it would kick me every 5-10 mins, so i took it back
got new one did same thing
got a different companies router, still doing same thing
is there any way i can change the refresh rates or sumthing in game so that it wont drop me everytime?? when it times out, it only times out for about 2-5 secs, then its right back up, or any suggestions on how to fix. its really annoying cause i cant get to pitken square without being teleporting abck to ascalon.!!

lol, its not the refresh rate, are you using a wireless router? that could help us a little more... tell meh and send me a pm or something and ill get back to ya .
