Can anybody tell me after how many ranks there are and how to get them??

Well Cervantes is the Highest and its reached at 1,500 posts. Don Quixote is reached at 750 posts (I think) and Sancho Panza is reached at 500. Minister of Knowledege is 350. High-Counciler... I forget the number. Counciler....... I forget the number. Professor is 75 (I think). Prominent Citzen is at 50 with Citizen at 25 and Town Dweller reached at Quiet Traveler (the lowest rank) reached at 10.

I know that the information from Minister of Knowledge to Cervantes is corret and am pretty sure the next 3 are correct as well.
