Minion Masters

Ok for the past few nights i have seen people looking for groups, advertising that thery have lvl 19 and 20 minions all the time, i have, with a super rune, and the scar pattern +1 to death, only lvl 18 minions, can anyone explain to me how they can have it higher, and have them there all the time or are they just bs'n? I mean i know some of the new weapons and some of the older ones have a +1 to death but that's only 20% chance.

i think they miss read Awaken of blood and say they have 19 or 20.

BUT i belive they are 1 lvl higher than the skill level
