Attribute Question

Ok I'm new to the game and I just hit level 20, but I still have 30 Attribute points that I haven't collected. Says I have 170 out of a possible 200. My Newb question is, can I get those attribute points still or am I just at a loss.

they're available in two quests. You should be able to search for them. Try the keywords "Forgotten Ones" and "Hero's Challenge"
