BUYING Horn Bow 15>50, low req (asap)

Im looking for a Horn Bow, whether it is a Mursaat Horn Bow does not matter (although highly preferred). If you have one around 9 req, it will be a quick sell as long as the price is fair. I will be online in around an hour, IGN Angelic Bright Eyes.

BTW, I'm not looking for good mods, I already have my own perfect mods. So don't try to jack up the price by adding mods on there, I won't buy.

I've got a high requirement, 13^50 (might be 12, at work and can't remember offhand), Mursaat skin. I'm willing to let it go cheapish, thinking 7-10K. Maybe too high, dunno. Anything close to that probably takes it a way.
