For the weapon upgrade pieces check "Weapon Mod Baseline Pricing." First or second thread on this forum. I think the prices there are still prepatch, so I would take off about 1/2 of the price for your items.
The shield is worth 1.5k.
The hammer is probably worth 5k.
I'm not sure about the bow--dwarfslaying mods are gaining popularity these days. At a guess I'll say 5-7k for it, but that is really just a guess.
