Keep chat window status on zoning

It would be nice if the game would remember if your chat window was open or close when you zoned, and retain that status in the new zone. I keep forgetting to open it when I enter a zone and miss out on quest and drop info I would like to see.

And on a simular note, I wish the entire options settings would be remembered.

Things like chat filter.

Plus chat filters (when you start a game), and the last chat window you were in (for example, if I was using Party in a mission, when I get back to town it always defaults to local)
