Skill trigering question (physical dmg)

Some spells are trigered by phys damage (listed on the skill description), but so far I didn;t notice - do Fire Dmg Axe or Lighting bow (and similar attacks) trigger them, or just the Physical (piercing, slashing etc...) damage?

Depends what skills you had in mind. If you meant something like Barbs....then let me check. I can easily test it out.

Yep - barbs, essece bond, mark of pain and similar that is listed "if targtet gets hit by physical dmg then..."

it doesn't trigger it if it is not physical dmg (melee weapons and bows without elemental mods)
chaos axes and the like doesn't trigger it either

well i know that Apply Poison, still poisons the enemy even if u have an elemental hilt/grip/haft.
