Question about customized armor

I just bought some leggings from another player and they were customized for him. It wont let me equip them. What can I do to use the item?

Hahaha!

Sorry, you're screwed, only thing you can do with them is sell to NPC or salvage them. Do not buy armor from other players, you can never use it.

no not much, they guy gave me a refund... so its all good
