hmmmm this ones a tad difficult.
its low reqs and a chaos, but sub 15% and enchanted, based on what other chaoses go for...i'd say 250k. (as is)

no need for the 1k.

I've never been good at PC's but I dont see how that can fetch 250k...

If It were me I'd pay no more than 40k (which I dont have), but that's because I cant farm or anything

Yeah no more then 175k, I sold my 14%/enchanted req 8 for around 250-270k due to the constant change in ecto value.

around 175k, i sold same one 3 days ago for 150k except it was req. 8. Also, I have a 14% while enchanted chaos axe req. 8 for sale if anyone is interested...and no it didnt come from u FCSteveo hehe =)
