Pc on that perfect bow but with an awful req -_-

I have no pic since i have not build it yet, i still have the components.

It is a horn bow
+15 % always
armor -10 while attacking
HP +30
Vampiric 5/-1
but .... req 13 -_-'


So how much can i sell it please ?

I have an ivory one , req 8, +15 % while enchanted

Should i put the upgrades on that one due to the req or i put them on the +15 % always ?

I would sell the mods seperately and then sell the bow, you'll get more overall....but the damage bonus more than makes up for it. I'd guess somewhere between 2-300k.
