Weapons Question??? PLEASE HELP

I just got my hands on a nice war hammer that does 11-17 pts. damage however I can't use it properly...it only does about 4-6 pts. damage. Says (Req.3 Weapon Mastery)...my warrior is lvl. 5, how do get the weapon mastery? Where and who do I go to get it?

I think the game is the most incredible RPG ever Made (WOW SUCKS!) however the instruction manual in my opinion is grossly deficient. They should have done a much better job explaining how to get along in this epic game world!

You need to spend points on hammer mastery in your attributes (on your Hero screen).
