Well I've been holding this puppy for a while now, since about the first month of release, and I still have not found anyone who has seen or ever heard of an item like this. I am willing to sell a rare glitched empty staff wrapping. Who ever bids the highest will obtain it.

i get them all the time thay are got from rare staffs and stuff i got 2 sword ones right now in bank so thay are not rare or any thang and stylex that is scaming you cant report him he did not know so how about shut up and i wont report you

They were removed from the game in the second week or so. Staves without a suffix could drop them, but they were fairly rare even then. I'd say about 1 in every 200 staves had it.

Well I tried about 2-3 of each staffs I could get my hands on, clean white ones that is and all I got were materials. So if you wanna sell I'd still like to bid/buy. I bid 10k for now.
