it has good mods on it now, im not sure if putting a vampiric on it that you would get more bids. The problem is see is the req being at 13 alot of people dont like such a high req..I dont know why cause of your going to use axes or any attribute like that you better have max stats in it or damm close. its a dam good item but the req is the downside to it.

Ill give you 15k for it...I could use it on my axe warrior.
