most worthless item ever

made a new character and got this worthless piece of crap on a drop in pre-searing. why would the devs even put stuff like this in the game?

I think you get from a quest in pre, however I'm not too sure of this... but how.. useless..

It's not a quest reward.
I found it unidentified..

at least you can use it as a shield.
