first off, it's not maxdmg (i didn't say this was a perfect item), but only a moron would neglect the whole thing on the account of insignificant offset (btw, maxdmg for any staff is 11-22).
2nd, ure talking about 20/20 fire, while this is 9/8 on all skills (10/10 is max in this department)
3rd, ur comment about item value is laughable (youre not even able to notice what upgrades are on it let alone know their true value)
bottom line is - don't play smart on things youre clueless about.

uhh...max for fire is 20%20%...yours is 9 and 8...and not even max dmg too (15-22 or somethin is max dmg). worth prolly 5k for the 20% and +5 armor
