What it is?
I id it and that is what it said i found and now it is labeled axe fiend armor of minor wilderness survival. Can anyone shed any light for me?

use a salvage kit on it (expert kit has a better chance than normal one to give you the rune) and if you're lucky you will have that rune that you can then put in your armor if you want

im not sure. until recently i only used normal kits on those things and i only ended with crafting materials. now i have bought an expert kit and im gonna go find some rare item to salvage
