Ok i am not sure if this is new. I searched but didn't find anything.
Ok this is for w/mos.
Stats
9 healing
8 smiting
11+1(hat) hammer mastery
and put whatever u have left over into tactics. I have 8 plus a minor rune.
Skills
Mighty Blow
Hammer Bash
Irresistable Blow
Purge Conditions
Healing breeze
Healing Signet
Judges Insight
Balthazar's Spirit
The kind of hammer you get doesn't really matter although max dmg and prolonged knockdown time are good to have.
Ok this is a powerhouse knockdown build. When you start cast Balthazar's spirit. Right before you are about to fight cast judges insight. Its very basic. Not a complex build but i am still working on it. I am looking for suggestions on how to improve this. It is kind of lacking in the healing yourself department but its very powerful.

Out of curiousity, is this a PvE or a PvP build? Balthazars spirit is a GREAT PvE farming skill and a decent questing/missioning skill if used properly, but I wouldn't exactly use it in a PvP situation since the amount of times you're going to be hit will gain you alot less energy than the constant energy pip. Even after that, the energy department will still require some work. You have 4 skills that use mana, 2 of which will probably be used fairly often (Judges Insight at 10 mp and irresistable blow at 5 mp), and healing breeze which also costs 10 mp. A suggestion would be to take out healing breeze completly and distribute those 9 points into maxing hammer and tactics. As for the empty slot, replace it with a team armor-based skill such as watch yourself.
As for condition handling, it's good that you stuck one in your skill set, but the fact that purge conditions has a THIRTY second recharge time makes it pale in comparison to alternatives such as Mend condition (Mend Condition does require protection prayers to heal a decent amount, of course, we're trying to remove conditions.) with only a two second recharge timer.
I can see a build fit for your theme, and truth be told- that isn't it. There is only one knockdown skill in there so it isn't exactly a knockdown build, meanwhile, there are only actually 3 attack skills total so it isn't exactly a powerhouse build. To sum it up, it'll require some adjustments to fit the theme your trying to create. (P.S... STICK A ELITE IN THERE!)
1. Heavy Blow
2. Devastating Hammer (Use first... then combine with heavy blow for dual knockdown)
3. Crushing blow (Won't be using it much more than once per-target so good e-management)
4. Mend Condition
5. Smite Hex (The recharge time is about 2x longer than remove hex, but it'll put your smiting prayers to effect more than just one skill, not to mention 15 seconds will force you to watch your energy)
6. Watch Yourself
7. Healing Signet
8. Judges Insight
Attributes without runes should be-
Ham-12
Tac-10
Smite-8
You have two tactics skills, one has a good defense bonus to your entire team and a healing signet to use behind a corner. Three Hammer attacks, two of which are knockdown and all three are chainable for shutdown capabillities. Anti-condition and minor Anti-Hex spells for both your teamates and you. Oh yeah... let's not forget what the build itself is called- JUDGE's Gavel.
P.S.: There's still only 3 attack skills in there but now hopefully your hammer mastery should be significantly higher. Of course, if you want even more... then you won't be able to maintain an all-around self-dependant hammerer.

Healing Signet is the only heal you'll need.
You'll want either Holy Strike or Smite Hex in there. They both benefit a hammer warrior to no end.
Need to figure what elite you'll eventually want, but the unanimous vote around here is Devastating Hammer {E}.

White Designs
Pure damage warriors have 16 in whichever weapon attribute they choose. (In fact, pretty much any warrior should have it.) Next, get some strength for good measure. And lastly, if you want to use chain knockdowns and effective soloing of enemy monks, spells do not help you as the aftercast leads to a weaker chain compared to standard attacks.
Ignore most of what I said if you're interested in PvE.

Wow i gotta say you guys have been really helpful. Deathlord, wow, thank you i must put that together immediatly. I guess your right in that it wasn't really what i described it as. And devastating hammer was going to be the elite i chose but i didn't have it at the time. So thank you very much. Oh and one more thing did you mean mend ailment or mend condition?
