Since you're already a Mo/Me... look into the inspiration line: channeling, or better yet Energy Drain. Inspired Hex or Drain Enchantment if you have the slots for them.
Not spamming Reversal is also a good way to conserve energy.

do i need reersal ore can i change it for a secount mesmer enegry spell?
the problem with channeling is that i stand at the site, yet Energy Drain would be verry nice but i use spellbreaker. i try to play with insp. hex and i changed reversal with power drain (18 mana)

I'd say drop Spell Breaker in favour of Energy Drain, (both are elite)
If you want to get rid of Reversal, that's fine... I don't run it. Energy Drain and Inspired Hex are my two energy management skills of choice.
I also have some condition removal on my skillbar, Mend Ailment/Condition or Martyr when party asks for it.

@GreatLich can u tell me the skillz of ur aktiv prot?

I also don't know what "aktiv" is supposed to mean in regard to a prot monk. It's german for "active", that I do know.
From memory:
1. Aegis
2. Shielding Hands
3. Protective Spirit
4. Mend Ailment
5. Mend Condition
6. Drain Enchantment
7. Inspired Hex
8. Energy Drain / Martyr
Something along those lines...
I wear a Judge's set of amour, often with the Ascetic's foot and arm pattern's, with a 20/20 protection staff, either Insightfull of Defense or Defensive of Defense.

Unless you really want to stick to Mo/Me it's quite hard to run Spellbreaker and have enough energy. Energy Drain would be an option though.

Greatlich, your build seems to make sense except the fact that you have both Mend Ailment and Condition, plus Martyr. I mean if you have Martyr, then MC is going to be completely useless because all the conditions will be on you and MC is target other only. Even without Martyr, I think MC is only marginally useful compared to MA.
I'd definitely drop Mend Condition for Reversal. Just too good to pass up imo.

White Designs
I'd recommend a Enchanting Suffix for the staff upgrade. Armor is nice, but the added duration to key spells like Aegis/Prot Spirit/Shielding Hands is very helpful.
