where the flaming stones is fireball????

I am looking for a location to the skill trainer for fireball.
If anyone knows,Please let me know.

been looking with no luck myself, best guess is it's a signet skill

I cant remember, Its either greendich(whatever) courthouse or yaks bend.

Captain Osric at Yak's Bend is the first trainer to offer it.

I've completed all quests at Yak's Bend and have not been offered the skill...what do I do now???

Click on the captain and select 'do you have any skills to teach me?' or some such. =)

You can also obtain it from a npc in an explorable area outside Lions Arch, in a small village somewhere.
