I can see someone paying 200k for that axe because of its bonus damage mod. A clean 6-20 axe can sell for as much as 50k. So for it to be 6-21 and with dmg bonus is worth way more. Good luck with the sale.

OT: I found a 6-25 dmg sickle once, and sold it to the merchant...How much do you think it's worth?
