noob questions

if someone could answer these it would be greatly appreciated

1 ) If you unlock skills in PvE mode you can use them in PvP char. Can you also use your weapons and armor that you have on PvE mode on Pvp mode?

2 ) i got all things needed for some collector how do i give him the stuff?

3 ) what lvl is suitable for leaving pre-searing?

4 ) can you join guilds in PvE mode or is it for PvP mode only?

1] PvP mode lets you choose equipment.
2] Talk to him. If you really do have the stuff he wants, he'll let you choose what you want.
3] The lowest is three. 4-6 is normal.
4] Yes, no.

can PvE characters also Pvp or do you need to have a pvp char to pvp?

PvE characters can do everything, including all PvP gametypes.

is it true that pve characters have more weapon,armor options then pvp chars because they have a selection which you need to choose your armor,weapons from?

So, if you have, say, a Warrior/Monk PvE character, and you make a lvl 20 Ranger/Elementalist PvP guy, does the PvP character not have any skills, or does he have just a base amount? I'm too lazy to try this myself, so I thought I'd ask...
