Currently, I am a level 20 Necro/Ele with full Forge Armour on, and no money. Since I have completed the game (almost) with him, I think it is time for farming, and what ever I do, I can't get the correct, most effective build!

7 Soul Reaping
10 Fire Magic

I still don't know affective areas to farm. I might actually go to Sorrows Furnace and see if I can farm there.

To be honest, I'd make a BiP Necro and latch on to a PUG at Sorrow's Furnace. Even if you're not soloing, the drops are good.

No way would I run BiP in SF or Grenth's. If you are gonna be a blood pimp go with Blood Ritual. As soon as your life is low you are gonna be hit with bleeding and conjure phantasm, etc., making you more of a Monk burden than boon.
Most groups actually look for Death Necros for SF. Removing corpses is a high priority. For SF I use:
Deathly Swarm
Putrid Explosion
Plague Sending
Virulence
Ward against melee
Ward against elements
Taste of Death/Res/Whatever you prefer
Animate Bone MINIONS
16 Death
10 Earth

Deathly starts your softening up. If you get bled, send it back into the pack, hit with Virulence. Something dies Putrid Explosion, something died Animate, something died Putrid. It's insanely effective in SF. Ward vs. Melee and Elements are very, very useful there. Minions because the wards will keep them around a bit longer, you can mass minions in a long fight, they die a bit faster than a warded Horror, which feeds your energy via Soul Reaping.
This is a hell of alot more fun than being a blood pimp. It is also group friendly, removing corpses and mass AoE.
If you choose to go Blood over Death then Wells are your ticket. Well of Power (because BiP is so risky here), you can even use Well of Blood since they stack, Blood Ritual for your healers and Eles. In this scenario you could actually go with lower Blood and put some in Curses and Earth. Wells+Wards is HOT.

Good suggestions, Vexed. I highly caution against high sacrifice spells in SF, theres too much spiking with degen + precision shot. The only thing I have a question for is about you laying dual wards. Do your battles really last that long to where wards would be an effective use mana, like better than Wells?
