+ energy - no such thing as it has to come with the sword which has been removed from the game. You can still buy them off other players but they go for quite a bit.

+ health - fortitude pommels. i have +28 and +29 if you're interested, pm an offer.

vampiric is the hilt, and its 3/-1 max for swords.
